Water-cooled low-voltage motor
By eliminating the fan, our water-cooled motors are the quietest in our portfolio and offer good conditions for utilizing thermal losses heat via heat exchangers.

Axial ventilated motors
For some applications, a low noise level is important. Our axially ventilated motors reduce the sound pressure level by 10dB(A) to 12dB(A) compared to radial ventilation.

Motors with externally driven axial fan
With forced ventilation, the motor is cooled by a separate forced fan motor with axial ventilation. The forced fan motor allows independent cooling.

Motor without ventilation
With the appropriate power reduction, our low-voltage motors are also available without ventilation. If installed in air currents, the power reduction is not required.

Built-on Brakes
Brakes are used to limit and regulate the rotational speed of the motor or can also be used as a holding brake for positioning conveyor belts, for example.
For sizes 71 to 160, we have developed our own brake that can be installed on both the Drive-end and the Non-Drive end. Outside of these sizes, we work with various well-known manufacturers to offer tailor-made solutions.

Motor with built-in brake
Brakes are used wherever loads are held. Our motor with built-in flameproof enclosed brake is a more cost-effective solution with a shorter leadtime than built-in brakes.

Motor with built-on Encoder
We use incremental encoders from various manufacturers for electrical position determination and motor speed control. These devices convert the input variable “speed” into an analog or digital electrical signal.
